Our Philosophy
We believe the most meaningful spaces are not defined by a signature style, but by the people who experience them.
Rather than imposing a single aesthetic, we begin by understanding each client's preferences, priorities, and the character of the space. From there, we curate and refine the strongest options to create interiors and environments that feel cohesive, considered, and personal.

Principal-Led Design

Led by Tricia and Keydy, DTK is a boutique, principal-led studio shaped by decades of combined experience across residential building design, interior design, furnishings, construction coordination, and project delivery.
Every project is personally led by both principals, giving clients two experienced perspectives from early planning and design development through documentation, selections, construction coordination, procurement, and installation.
Together, we bring thoughtful design judgment, technical understanding, and a shared commitment to spaces that feel considered, cohesive, and distinctly personal.
